There's no denying that the people who know me, understand how much I love finding new music. Music has always played a large part in my life, and continues to be something that motivates me day in and day out. Having said that, I think it's time I share a few albums that have caught my eye. I hope you take the time to check them out.

Someone that I've been following since high-school grow up to be a force in the Canadian music scene. He's constantly collaborating, creating and pushing the envelope on tracks to the point where you can feel the pain and anguish that he's been through in his words. He's selling out shows all over North America, getting featured on Spotify playlists alongside Drake, and never giving up on his passion for music and performing.

He's already collaborated with major music giants such as Jann Arden, Grimes, and Madchild (of Swollen Members) and I'm sure he's got some more collaborations in the works.

His newest remix of the popular track "Tan Lines" is out now:

Polars

Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio -  Polars is anchored by songwriters Justin Miller and Kurt Eyman who independently recorded the groups debut album in a home studio located just off the shores of Lake Erie. Their music is the definition of diverse. Every track has a life of its own and the melodic arrangement is anything but ordinary. I can listen to these guys on repeat.

Their debut album, "Into the Pines" was released last year, and its a regular on my various playlists on iTunes and Spotify. I'm very excited to see what's ahead for Justin and Kurt.

Check out one of their acoustic studio sessions below:
